California's Workers' Compensation Profile Audit Review (PAR) was just released in the end of December. This audit process indicates how well claims administrators are fulfilling their obligations. It helps agents and our clients understand how insurance providers perform in their workers' compensation claims handling and how well injured workers will be treated.
